Cup of Tea 不是一杯茶

以前把家里种的无花果拿到学校给同事尝，她吃过以后说 “It's got an unique taste.  Probably not my cup of tea but my son liked it."  cup of tea 这里是指喜欢的东西。今天跟朋友聊起一个人，他说 "She is not everyone's cup of tea." 原来 cup of tea 也可用在指人。常常用于否定句 － not someone's cup of tea 非某人所好。
